Common questions

What does a quote cost?

Nothing. Quotes are free and carry no obligation to order anything. We measure your windows, walk through fabric and material options room by room, and give you the pricing. You decide after that.

Why can you not just quote over the phone?

Because the answer changes per window. How much light a shade lets through is a property of the fabric, slat material behaves differently in damp rooms than sun-facing ones, and motorized coverings need a battery or hardwired decision at each opening. Seeing the windows is what makes the quote real.

I want the room dark for sleeping. Can shades actually do that?

Yes, with the right fabric. Blackout is a fabric property, so it is chosen at quote time, not adjusted later. If you want glare control in a living room and full darkness in a bedroom, those are two different fabrics and we spec them separately.

Do you handle the installation too?

Yes. Design help, measuring and installation are all handled by us, end to end.
